About Chef Adam:

Adam grew up in a small town East of Cleveland, Ohio. He began immersing himself in food and art from a young age. He started  by making gnocchi and polenta on the kitchen table with his parents, and charcoaling his favorite musicians. He considers cooking for others to be an expression of art in that same manner. Adam was at the helm of M Waterfront Grille in Naples and the National Hotel on Block Island, Rhode Island.  He helped Crave Culinaire grow as their Executive Chef from 2016-2018 and started his new restaurant venture in early 2020.

Adam’s wife, Erin, and their four small children will always be his driving force.  Chef Adam is excited to meet the residents of Valencia on this special evening!
