Owner of Downtown Coffee and Wine Company in the heart of Bonita Springs and the highly anticipated upcoming The Bohemian Restaurant in Bonita, Chef Brandon Schewe brings a decade of experience in our SWFL restaurant scene. Recently the celebrated chef at Baleen in the La Playa Resort as well as stints as chef of Osteria Tulia, Colony Country Club, The French Brasserie and Masa, Chef Brandon takes his journey through food into his successful coffee concept.
