Chef Michael Mueller is one of the most talented chefs in this area. He has been part of the Bay Colony Community since August 2019 as the Executive Chef. Prior to joining The Bay Colony, he spent two years at Royal Poinciana and 10 years as Executive Chef for the D’Amico & Partners Restaurant Group based in Naples and Minneapolis.
Chef Mueller received his Bachelors in Business from the University of Minnesota and Culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years on both front and back of the house F&B positions. Michael had the privilege to train at Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City under Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Andrew Carmellini. In his time off, he loves spending time with his wife Sara, young sons Maverick (7) and Kyen (5), and two Golden Retrievers Cuda and Maya.
